Captain Harris Scruggs

Capt. Harris was born in Alabama but moved to Panama City Beach in grade school, where he developed his love of fishing. He got his first boat at age 14 and has spent the last 12 years in the bay systems of the Gulf honing his angling skills.

Besides sharing his zest for fishing with resident and vacationing anglers, Captain Harris has enjoyed fishing major tournaments up and down the Gulf Coast for the last eight years.

So whether you’re looking to take the kids on a nearshore trip or head out beyond the continental shelf for larger game fish, he knows the waters, the changing seasons, and right where the fish are likely to be biting.

Team Aquatic Fishing Charter, who is part of the FunPCB family, is operated by Captain Harris Scruggs, a Panama City native who, for the last 15 years, has been fishing the beautiful Gulf Coast waters. Whether you are a novice or an experienced offshore angler looking for that big fish, Capt. Harris and his crew can accommodate you and your family and friends.

Our 40ft. Infinity boat equipped with quality Simrad electronics, Team Aquatic will get you to the fishing grounds safely and fast! This vessel can accommodate up to six anglers and features outriggers, downriggers, a live bait well, and an icebox to keep your drinks and food cool throughout the day.
